1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately using the contact details below.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

b. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy below.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Minor variations in packaging or labeling

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

You must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Replacement delivery timelines will be similar to standard shipping timelines.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
